Customer Review: Easy to Learn Rules but Bad Manufacturing

I ended up getting this for my boyfriend who likes chess but needed it to be a little bit more fun. He and a few of his friends learned the rules from the included guide fairly easily and had a good time playing it. The board itself was a little disappointing. It of course came in pieces but the black paint on the plastic boards was already scratched up as well as the aluminum support. What was really a problem was the fact that one of the screw holes for the boards wasn't tapped (i.e. no threads) so I had to get a friend to take it to a workshop do that. It was pretty annoying that something like that could have passed through inspection. All in all my boyfriend is really enjoying it...especially because he know kicks everyone's butts at it.
