Customer Review: Nice go chest

All in all a nice product. I thought the stones were supposed to be glass, but were plastic(they are nice though, and come in nice bags). Maybe I'm mistaken about the stones, not sure. Good construction on the chest. Comes with a nice little set of basic instructions.
The set arrived damaged; though outer and inner boxed looked O.K., one of the legs was broken off. Fixed it with a little wood glue and won't be bothering with a return.
I would definitely recommend this set to any one looking for a good full-sized go set and would purchase it again.
Big Plus: can be used as floor or table board!

Go originated in China more than 4,000 years ago and was perfected by the Japanese. Everyone from the working classes to royalty played Go, making it a popular national pastime. The object is to gain control by capturing enemy stones or movers. Black and white game pieces, each with a black velvet drawstring storage pouch, are stored inside the 17-inch square game chest.
