I bought this item for my 71 year old father, who collects stamps and coins. Due to age related sight loss, this hobby has been harder and harder for him to pursue. This bionic eye has given him the ability to examine very tiny objects at great lenghts- which is something that he thought he had lost forever. I highly reccomend this item not just for children, but for the elderly who are tired of not pursuing their intersts due to eyesight problems.

We got this one for Christmas for our 2 older boys (5 & 4 years old) and they really enjoy it. They are amazed at the cool things you can see & it really does work well. It's something that requires a little more patience to work & my wild 4 year old has had little trouble being still enough to see things through the bionic eye. I think this will be a toy they will enjoy for years to come as they get older & even more interested in science.Customer Review: So much fun!

I bought this for my 6 year old nephew and everyone ended up having fun. He ended up having me use it for him since it can be a little hard to focus, but it really was fun. It can be a little hard to use, especially if you're focusing on something that moves, but once you get everything perfect, the picture is AMAZING!! We had so much fun discovering new things and seeing up close what things are made of. Very happy I bought it!Customer Review: microscope not as advertised

I was very excited to purchase this microscope for my children. Upon using it we very quickly realized how we wasted our money purchasing this item. Not once did any of the items we tried to view come in clear and the items also do not show up in color as advertised. The items all show very blurry and in black and white. Upon seeing this my children have not once touched this gift since. Very very disapointed. Huge waste of money!Customer Review: Not sure if it was more fun for the kids or adults.

This toy was a lot more fun than anybody thought. It was a Christmas present for one child, but the whole family was having a blast looking at stuff with it. We looked at hair, salt, skin all kinds of stuff. On a grosser note one of the kids managed to put a booger on it, not something you want to see on your 42' TV. Would recommend for fun and education, but beware, the kids will find all kinds of gross things to look at. lol
