I ordered this from the discovery channel store. My nephew was so exicted when he got this for Christmas, he insisted that we go and try it out right away. It was easily put together, the clay that came with it was a little hard but I had gotten a 25 lb block of clay from a friend who works with pottery. The wheel literally made 3-4 rounds and quit. We tried everything in the book trying to get it to work, but nothing was successful. I contacted Discovery said they would contact me in a few days and then mail me a return label and refund my money as they didn't have any to replace it with!
