After another inflatable pool was destroyed by an animal we purchased this pool for my 2 girls. It's been up for over a month and the girls have spent many hours of fun in their pool. The size is great for them, they even manage to get the big donut floats in there along with many dolls. I've kept the same water in for over a few weeks by adding a floating plastic holder with a disc of chlorine inside. Also, I throw in a shot of the anti-slime stuff at least once a week. It helps to also have a small pool vacuum to pick up the dirt and grass that falls in daily. My only beef with this pool is the drainage. You pretty much have to deflate the 3 chambers when you want to empty it. I'm about to do that this week so that I can move the pool and change the water. We have a compressor so it will inflate pretty quickly using that. Overall, well worth the price.Customer Review: Too big to have to drain and refill all summer

I bought this pool 2 years ago on clearance for around $7.54. I loved it for the first two weeks. It was perfect for lounging in. However, after two weeks I had to drain it because it got dirty and slimey. I will admit I may not have used the correct ratio of chemicals but regaurdless I did not want to have to drain and redrain this pool. With kids it would get dirtier even faster. This pool is just too big to have to fill with water all summer. It really needs the addition of a small filter. I have also noticed that everyone has these pools out in thier yards but I have noticed that everyone has them out for a week and then they are drained and flipped over and not used again. I figure they didnt want the added cost of refilling either. Overall I really did get a great deal with price for the pool but it costs me more to fill it than it did to buy it.Customer Review: Fun for little ones

This pool met our expectations....we bought it for our 2 year old and 4 year old to jump around in as their "kiddie" pool was too small and got boring very quickly for them. This is a great sized pool and is perfect for the kids to really play around in. We filled ours only to what we were comfortable with for the kids swim levels and made sure that it was empty when the kids played in the backyard unsupervised (the cover is only a cover and can be dangerous unsupervised). Also, since we dumped the water frequently, it hasn't killed our lawn which is something I was concerned with. I'd reccommend this pool to anyone who typically uses a baby pool for their kids and wants something alittle more exciting for them to play in. Several kids would have plenty of room in it. It's a great way to beat the heat and at around $30 it's very inexpensive!Customer Review: Fun in the Sun!

We have owned two versions of this particular pool made by Intex. The first had an inflatable bottom which was wonderful! The pool was durable, held up very well through two families. I sold this particular model, but wish I would have kept it as the inflabtable bottom is fantastic! The second model is the same size with the exclusion of the inflatable bottom. We have had this particular model for two years but have noticed that the bottom ring is deflating. We have checked for leaks only to find that the leak is in the valve stem itself. In response to the inquiries about a cover for this particular model, do what our neighbor has done: purchase a king size fitted matress cover and pop it over the top of the pool. Viola! No more bugs, grass, sand, dirt in your pool! This is a great pool for those hot summer days and having fun in the sun!Customer Review: Well worth the money

My three year old can NOT stay out of this pool. All the neighborhood kids think my son has the best parents. Last summer we wasted a lot of time and money refilling and emptying this gigantic pool, but this year we have the cover and Derby Duck floating chlorinator and the water stays sparkling clean (aside from the grass from getting in and out of the pool.)I don't know if we have holes that some reviews spoke of or what, but we do have to put air in the top tier every other day. I would still buy this pool again knowing that I might have this trouble.
I also recommend an electric pump because this pool takes forEVER to do by hand, although it is possible.
Last, but not least, I recommend the ground cover as well. The ground cover is made of strong vinal and will keep rocks from tearing the bottom of the pool.
