Toys and Games Reviews of 69" x 69" x 53" Jump-o-Lene Castle BouncerCustomer Review: My best buy for my kid Summary: 5 Stars
When I buyed this castle I was expecting to provide my son some kind of replacement for the big ones found on certain amusement parks that are tought for bigger kids. The fact is that considering my son's age (24 months), this castle is better than the original, because the excellent material and construction : is very hard to harm it but extremelly soft in a fall. My kid starts using it when he was 18 months old, and the castle was a very good babysitter. Today is a very good jumping place (including jumping from external furniture such as chair , piano, etc... REALLY!!! He yells "TO INFINITY AND BEYOND" before jumping onto the castle!!!).
Absolutely recommended!!!
Customer Review: Huge Castle--Huge Hit Summary: 4 Stars
If you have the space for this item in its inflated state, (it takes up more space than the average round kitchen table and 4 chairs) and your kids like to bounce and roll around in balls, then this item's for you. It's not recommended for kids under 3--getting in and out and the bouncy inner surface is a challenge for little legs. An electric air pump is a must. It took us about an hour to fill (and we used the pump's bigger attachment to fill the base). We also bought the "100 Balls in a Bag" and there's plenty of room for one or two hundred more balls. Only 2 kids (max) are supposed to be in it at once. My child likes this toy and we like watching her play in it.
Customer Review: full of holes Summary: 1 Stars
This would have been a fantastic winter toy for my 2 and 5 five year old children...but of course it was too good to be true. The first bouncer had three pinholes in the 2nd tier near the spears. Yes, amazon was helpful with the exchange but the same problem existed with the replacement but only in the third tier. Each time it was very hard to find the leaks... always around the seams. I would not reccomend this model unless they've improved the craftmanship around the seams. This item should only take 10-15 minutes to inflate wth the recommended electric pump. If it is taking longer start running your fingers around the seams feeling for the leaks. Good luck.
Customer Review: Disappointed in the workmanship Summary: 3 Stars
I purchased this item and when I recieved it and blew it up with the "ultra-loud" pump I bought (that was recommended by this site) I noticed the front of the castle would not fill up. Well over the course of the next day or so...the castle walls started to deflate. Wouldn't you know it, there is a leak in the castle. There has got to be some sort of testing to make sure there is no leak in the the product before selling it. This is very frustrating to have to blow this thing up every other day. I would return it but I live overseas and it is more of a hassle (and a greater expense) to return it. Very disappointed in the workmanship of this product.
Customer Review: not what i'd hoped Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this for my 22month old son a few months ago thought it would help with his urge to climb on things and jump off He acually doesn't really know how to jump very well. But he just won't even play with it. I also thought it would be a good idea for the winter months in Wisconsin but he doesn't like to stay in it. I thought it would be good to go in his room but waaaay too big so it's in our basement never getting played with he just ignores it. dissapointing. He does like his smaller ball pit in his room that had 300 balls in it. I don't know maybe if we put it outside in the summer he'll play with it more we'll see.
