Customer Review: be warned nasty shipping exspense

Recently, I put in an order jump-o-lene Castle Jumper + 100 balls, the bouncer doesn't fall in to free shipping due to weight and the 100 balls don't fall into the catagory because they are actually sold by a different company.
When your looking on the page to make your purchase, you will see the bouncer being sold from amazon. Then in the commmonly purchased together section you will see this bouncer bundled with a bag of 100 ball. What is not indicated is that they are actually going to come as two seperate orders from two different companies, and that the shipping will be generated individually and not actually handled as a bundled deal.IE- Large shipping costs.
Long story short your going to pay more for shipping of the balls than they are actually worth. So, watch the fine print and definitely don't assume that amazon is playing with your interests in mind.

My then almost 3 year old daughter got the last version of this for christmas. She's now 3 1/2 and she has not stopped playing with, or loving this castle. We have rather small rooms in our house, due to it being a split level, and it fits in our living room with just enough room to walk around it and see the TV. It also fits in her playroom, with just enough room to get to the rest of the toys. We've had it out at least 20 times and up for a few days at a time and we've had virtually no problems with it. My husband did accidently poke a hole in it, but it was definitely his fault and he was able to quickly patch it and we haven't had a problem since (that was about 5 months ago). I will say that the balls that come with it are pretty flimsy, so we just supplemented them with more balls and she doesn't seem to mind at all. My husband, who is 220lbs has been completely inside the castle more than once for 1/2 hour at a time, and it hasn't caused any problems. I have had as many as three kids in it at once and hasn't caused any problems. I would highly recommend this product, it's a great value for the money.Customer Review: Disappointed in the Castle!!

We had a ball pit mountain for over 10 years and it finally started getting little holes everywhere and had to be put to rest. I purchased this Jump o lene castle last Christmas (2009) and within 5 months it got a hole in it and the bottom would deflate. We found the hole and used the patch but it didn't work. Found a bigger, thicker patch from a tubing inflatable and that helped for a day or two. Finally bought this special bonding glue and covered with sticky back velcro. That solved the problem and it's still patched now 5 months later. However, 3 months ago the top of the castle got a hole in it. Finally found the hole and patched it using excess material I cut off b/w the seams. That worked for awhile and now nothing will save it. Collapses as soon as I inflate it. With the first patch on the top of the wall I'd have to blow up every few days, then daily, then 3-4 times a day. Now it doesn't hold air at all. I'm torn because my kids still love it so much and I don't want to invest in another jump o lene, but I may have to because I know they still enjoy the toy but it's a big let down.Customer Review: Arrived with holes!

I bought this for my 4 y/o son to give him some way to get some of that energy out while he was stuck inside due to rain or cold. The box came in and he/we were so excited. Opened up it up, pulled it out, started blowing it up and the bottom section would not fill (the area that creates the "patio" in front of the door). Flipped it over and found two big holes in the material and realized the product did not come with patches. Luckily had some left over from a previous buy and patched the holes I could see. Had to let the glue dry overnight (hard to explain to a child). Next day went to blow it up, still wouldn't fill with air. Can only guess that there were some holes I couldn't find. I gave up and just filled the castle floor and main castle up. My son loves this and jumps like crazy. Plus there are holes in the castle wall where you can put the balls and then shoot them out like cannons (or store them - a big plus for the parents). If not for the bottom section this would have been a "5" all the way around. My son wants me to order another one but I'm wary of getting another dud.Customer Review: BIG...but so much fun!

We got this for my son's 2nd birthday...and he loves it! It's rather large, which we were expecting since we noted the dimensions in the description. So, please make sure you will have enough room for it, otherwise you will not be happy. Also, please make sure you have some sort of air compressor, as it takes a lot of air in a lot of different compartments to get it set up! My son has lots of fun climbing in and out of it, as well has putting the balls through the holes. It does not come with very many balls, so you will need to purchase more. We have only purchased one additional set of 100 balls, and although it does not fill up the bottom...it's enough!!! Otherwise, I'd be picking them up for days!!! Very durable, although it does not do well in the winter time where we live because his play room is above a non-heated garage. It gets very cold in his play room, and the jump-o-lene just collapses due to the cold. I've taken it down for the winter...not an easy task...and can't wait to get it out when it warms up!
