My son received this tractor from his grandparents for Christmas. He was only 8 mos. old so we figured he would grow into it. But he started playing with it immediately (well, after the 20 mins it took to extricate all the pieces from the package) and stayed with it for almost an hour. My son is now 16 months old and the tractor still comes out almost daily. He even got it to make a secret chicken sound (think "bawk bawk") different from the "cocka-doodle-doo" sound that you hear when you push down on the chicken. I can't figure out how he did that, even after spending a lot of time trying to recreate it. We have also used this toy to pull along other non-motorized toys and to knock down tall block towers, much to my son's delight.
