This was a gift for my 4 year old son. He and his 8 year old brother both enjoy playing with it. It keeps the 4 year old entertained while I'm cooking and it's addictive...the boys and their dad all flip the on switch anytime they pass by the refrigerator. I plan on ordering some of the other refrigerator toys made by this company. It would also be great for teachers to use on a filing cabinet or other metal object.Customer Review: An excellent investment!

I bought this for my one-and-a-half-year-old to play with while I'm working in the kitchen. He loves it and plays and plays and plays with it. Older childern who come over also love it (not to mention me, my husband, and dad), so I look forward to many more years of educational fun from these. They seems to be sturdy and durable. The magnets are strong but not so strong that my sone can't easily play with them.Customer Review: Great for a short while...

My son was very interested and curious about these. Then all the magnets ended up in his toy box and all over the house. He finds the gears interesting by themselves. The main unit is still on the fridge. He'll turn them on (I purchased two sets) and leave. It was a fun toy for... oh ... about a week. I'm still glad I got it though. It really kept his attention even if it was for a short time.Customer Review: Fun!

Our 3 year old got this from us for part of his Christmas and he loves it. The magnets are strong and it works just as it should. Batteries last pretty well, the only drawback I find is I would have liked the forwarning about the one piece that clicks when it turns...it does get annoying (for everyone but the kids playing with it that is) after a while but all in all this is a good toy.Customer Review: Love it!

We bought this for our daughter when she was about 18 months old even though the age limit is listed as older. She very quickly learned how to put the gears together to make them work and plays with it a lot. They have been dropped many times and still look brand new so very durable. Highly rec. and only wish there were additional sets that could be added!
