I bought this toy for my 14 month old son and he enjoys it. He loves to push things around the house. Though it is fun, I get the sense that it would have been much more exciting if I had given it to him about six months ago.
In terms of construction, the toy appears well made and looks like it can stand up to the abuse that a little kid will throw at it. I can't say for sure, though, because he only got it about a week ago.

My son received this for his 1st birthday and absolutely loves it. At this point he just shakes it and pushes it around (even backwards... I read in another review that caused theirs to break, but we have had no problems). It's fun for my kids to play with together(my 4 year old likes to hear him laugh when she runs it into him lol)and easy on mommy's ears. :)
We REALLY love this toy and I would highly recommend it!

It is amazing that this inchworm can travel for a very long distance with just a press in the midsection of the inchworm. Not only does it entertain the kids greatly (my kid and her cousin actually competed in "who finishes the dinner faster" just to get the chance to keep the inchworm for a week!), it intrigues the parents on it's mechanisms and it will be cool to explain to the kids on how it works when they grow up.Customer Review: must have toy

I bought this toy for my son at christmas. Both my kids really like it. We got another brand also for christmas from another family member. The kids race them but this one always wins, it`s fast and well made. It`s easy for an 8 month old to push down and my 3 year old loves to steal it from him. If your going to buy a toy like this, don`t buy an off brand, they don`t compare.Customer Review: Such a fun toy

I bought this for my 8 month old grandchild who was in the process of trying to crawl. She just loved it. It is so easy to manipulate. All you have to do is push the back down and off it goes. It did well on the hardwood as well as the carpeted floors. I would give this as a gift to some child because they will love it.
