This is a great toy for younger children because he helps with the skills of setting things up and hand-eye coordination. It also has imaginative faces. The bowling pins and ball are large enough but also pliable enough for little hands to get a hold of. All in all a good pick for youngsters in the 2-4 yr age.Customer Review: Very Cute :)

My son just turned one so he hasn't grasped the concept of bowling yet. He does like the jingling ball, which is not a choking hazard by the way, and the fuzzy animals. The pins actually stand up unlike some of the other sets out there. The price is nice too! Definitely satisfied with my purchase!Customer Review: cute toy

the bowling set is cute, but my 15-month old is not that interested in it. could be that she was overwhelmed with all the presents at Christmas, but she hasn't played with it once, other than throwing the ball for my dog to chase... maybe in a few months she'll find it more interesting.Customer Review: good but not great

The ball and pins are soft and great for small kids to throw and "body bowl" with. My nephew has more fun with throwing the ball around the room and running into the pins and kicking/body bowling them down. The fact that it does not take batteries is a great plus.

My kids (3 and 1) love this toy. We've never had problems standing them up on carpet or hard floors. I love that all the animals have their own little jingle/noise, that they are all brightly colored and gentle enough to play with a little roughly (my kids are rowdy).
