Customer Review: Kids love it, be careful not smash flimsy dome

I picked up something that looks exactly like this from a teacher convention in 1990 and it finally broke. So I ordered this one and was somewhat disappointed. It's exactly the same except for the dome. The first one had a sturdy plastic dome with several magnifying glasses built in. This one has a very, very thin plastic dome (like, blister packs that toys come in) and no built-in magnifying glasses (the cap for the hole in the lid magnifies, though). Still, our kids have tons of fun catching bugs and putting them into the Critter Carnival. If it had the original sturdy hard plastic dome, I'd have given 5 stars.
