I really like this set. I was hesistant to buy them online, not being able to see them in person. But once we opened it, I was really excited! The space ships are solid metal, and rather heavy. The spacemen and other accessories are plastic, and not as well built as the ships. The rock is hollow plastic, and the truck bed doesn't really attach to the truck very well. But my son is happy with it, and that is all that matters! Now I need to brush up on my space knowledge! Nothing a day-trip to the Planetarium can't fix.....or fuel the fire and I have to buy more sets!
