1. Game is slow, unresponsive and glitchy
2. The interface is poorly designed; you can only see one case at a time, eliminating the visual of seeing all the cases and knowing which ones you have left, which defeats the entire purpose of the game.
3. While choosing cases the game is totally silent. There is no music or banter from Howie

This game is painfully boring and poorly made. It is ridiculous that a game this bad was approved for distribution. All those responsible should be fired.

Purchased this for our daughter as she loves the TV show. The game continually froze...thus making it a frustrating to say the least. When it was working, we found it boring. During the process of choosing a case number to open next, we had to use the up and down arrows as the remaining case numbers were displayed on the screen one at a time. It was slow. With that being said we will have to try it on a different DVD player as other reviews here have had different results based on the machine they used. Who knows!?!?Customer Review: A Good Family Game

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing this game after reading some of the negative comments, but since my wife & I are big fans of the show, I decided to take a chance. We purchased two games, one for our daughter & her husband and one for us. We have enjoyed this game and have had no problems with the game "freezing". The DVD game is a lot slower than the actual show and the makers could have made it more user friendly. It is a little tedious having to scroll through the cases but it's still a fun game to play.Customer Review: I didn't have any problems with this game

After reading these reviews, I didn't buy it for my kids. But then I got it as a birthday gift and was leary about opening the package.
We ended up surprised. We had no problems with the speed of the game. We aren't crazy about the case selection of scrolling through the available cases one-by-one. Otherwise, we are having fun with the game. We all take turns playing and we yell at the TV just as must as we do the TV show.
It's fun entertainment for about $20.

Save your money! The game had the potential to be very entertaining but falls far short. First, you have to find a DVD player that will work with the multitude of glitches that occur during the game. Then you have to suffer through the frustrations of having the game constantly FREEZE or if you don't click fast enough the game will start over. Choosing the briefcases is extremely slow and you spend most of the game clicking through an UP or DOWN arrow to chose your case. Very boring!
