This is a cheaper version of the video game dance dance revolution games. This simpler option comes with two mats that are NOT connected to anything. The user has to assess their own level of success. However the nice thing is that it's good for a party situation where you want more people to participate than just the two on the mats. This is more of a "fun" version of the game. It works with a computer DVD player or with a regular DVD player on a TV. Enjoy!Customer Review: Great rainy day game, gets 'em moving!

I bought this despite several reviews that complained that the mat is not connected to the TV. I actually prefer this feature. The game is perfect for younger kids (5 to 8 years). There are 3 levels of difficulty and about 10 different songs/dance routines per level. The production quality is very basic, but the kids get the point and are happy to have an inside game that gets them moving when the weather is bad. Sufficient for those who don't want to / can't spend hundreds of dollars on the actual game system. This game doesn't score you (you don't even need to stand on the mats they provide), so if you're competitive this is a bit of a bummer. Also, for those who have coordination or some dance experience, the levels aren't very challenging. I'd recommend it for smaller children and / or people who've never seen the "real thing" before.Customer Review: don't buy this

Like the other reviewer who gave it a 1 Star rating, I completely agree....do not buy this!!! It shouldn't be categorized as a game. Theirs is not connection between the DVD and the mat. I checked on the description prior to purchasing this and didn't see anything about it until I got the box where it says "training mat not connected to the DVD". Don't bother with this product. I'm returning it ASAP!!!Customer Review: As fun as the real one.

I was shopping at Radio Shack looking for somthing for my 10 and 11 year old Children when i saw this. It was on sale so i thought i would suprise them. All though they were kind of bummed that it diddn't know what you were doing, they spent hours and hours of fun. Exerzize is now fun.
My Children are getting exerzise (Witch rarely happens) and having fun with it. A great family game.
