I bought this for my 5 1/2 year old grandson for Christmas and he immediately started to build all kinds of structures. The pieces are large enough not to get lost and they're very durable. It stimulates creativity...the possibilities are endless. It's good for all ages - I don't know who liked playing with these more, my grandson or my husband.
