I knew the whistle was a child's toy, however, no measurement was given and it was VERY small, didn't work and poorly made.
The company did give me a choice of either sending me another one or a refund. I chose a refund because I certainly didn't want another one made like that one and finally found a better whistle locally in the sporting goods department.
