My 6 yr old son loves Transforners, so this was a big hit with him. He loves to make them battle each other and is really good at transforming them. We keep all of the instructions in a gallon size ziploc bag, so he always knows where to get them is he needs help. These can be a little frustrating, but it your child doesn't get discouraged and is pretty patient, he will love this toy. My son only had two things on his list for Santa this year, Primus and Galvatron! I guess he was a good boy because he got both!Customer Review: A terriffic toy!

My son (age 7) recieved this as a christmas present from his grandparents. After watching me transform it once, he was able to breeze through it with no problems. While I would not have necessarily made the Cyber Planet key necessary to transform the toy (requiring you to use a finger or a pencil as a substitute if it gets lost), it does not take away from its overall quality.
As a Transformer fan myself, I'm just bitter that I didn't get one!

Wonderful figure from Hasbro, Primus is actually a wonderful model which is truly interesting to transform and all modes look inmpressively great. THe robot mode truly boast a heroic look though slightly smaller in built compared to the Chaos Bringer Unicron model. The planet mode truly shines as it LOOKS amazingly speheric like a real planet and the detail (cities and towers) are amazingly high. I hadn't seen my grandson so excited, when I gave him this Cybertron transformer. He played with that more then anything else, and just couldn't stand to go to school and leave it behind.
There are some small parts that are easy to loose, and a key did get broken pretty quick. He is usually very careful with his toys too.
But it sure did make a nine year old very happy.

awesome gift for the action figure collector that thinks he has it all. and it is HUGE compared to other transformers, as it should be. only downside was it came with a huge dent in the box and a little tear. the outside box was fine...damaged before shipping. just remember these are old toys...always a chance that the new ones are damaged.
again though well worth the purchase.
