Customer Review: Fun with some flaws

We got this truck for my garbage-truck obsessed 2 yo son. He loves that it comes with a separate little trash can that can be filled with pretend garbage (we use balled-up paper). He has played with it nonstop for the past 3 days. However, there are three major flaws, in my opinion. The first is that the garbage truck man doesn't fit into the cab of the truck. You can jam him in sideways, but his feet are sticking out of the window or the doors won't close. The second is that the lifting mechanism doesn't work that well. The arm gets stuck sometimes when it goes up or down, especially when it is cresting the top of the truck. My son just pushes it up or down, and it continues on its way. The third is that if you don't slide the trash can into the lifting arm just so, it will drop the trash can into the body of the garbage truck. However, these things don't seem to bother my son. The quality of the truck is a little iffy (cheap plastic), but my son is having a grand old time with it. If it were up to me, we would have bought a Bruder truck, but my daughter saw this at the store and really wanted to get it for her brother for his birthday.
