Toys and Games Reviews of Scrabble Crossword GameCustomer Review: Reconnect with family Summary: 5 StarsGreat game, great time, a Classic.Turn off the TV, get off the couch and play this game with your family. For that matter, play any game and turn off the TV. The only trouble with Scrabble is that the nature of the game limits the amount of talking you do with each other, because everyone is concentrating on their letter rack.
Customer Review: Old-fashion Fun! Summary: 5 StarsWelcome to the game of Scrabble. The game where you try to make high-scoring words out of little wooden letters. Don't let these simple instructions fool you- it's tough for both kids and adults alike. (I suggest a dictionary for solving arguments of those rather stretched words....) But nevertheless, it's almost as educational as fun! Your kids will win the spelling bee while having fun learning the words! And it's durable, too- it will survive those long air-plane trips. All in all, I give this a 5/5. Milton Bradley has done it again!
Customer Review: Scrabble Summary: 5 StarsMy grandmother taught me the alphabet with Scrabble tiles when I was 4 or 5 and my love of the game started there. She and I have continued to play for the last 36 years! We didn't always play the traditional cut throat way, we played for combined score, which makes it a "friendly game". Read about it on the inside of the box top. I encourage you to add Scrabble to your favorites list.
Customer Review: College Student, Still Playing Summary: 5 StarsOK, I admit I'm a nerd, and proud of it, actually. Board games were always a standard activity in my family, and became so with my friends in high school as well. Consequently, I brought a large number of board games with me to college--and made most of my friends freshman year by having them come to my room to play. Scrabble has the advantage of having very few rules to learn, and extreme durability.
Customer Review: Scrabble Rules Summary: 5 StarsI liked this game alot. it is very fun to play and I learn new vocabulary words each time I play. I recommend this as both a learning game and family game.
