Toys and Games Reviews of SORRY! SlidersCustomer Review: Sorry! It's a recipe for acrimony and tears! Summary: 2 Stars
This game is fun, and both my two kids (4 and 6) enjoy it. But WOW there are a lot of pieces!
-- For each player, there are EIGHT game pieces (that's THIRTY TWO pieces total)
-- The board itself has eight separate pieces (some with two sides).... and that's after assembly!
-- The game takes up a LOT of space when it's being played (probably 3'x3').
So... while the game is fun right now, the imminent loss of pieces, the challenges with asking the kids to clean up the board (and disassemble it after each time), and the space required to play is a virtual guarantee of tears!
At some point my kids will lose some of the pieces and they'll argue over who gets which color, at some point some portion of the board will be damaged or lost because of the constant assembly/disassembly routine, and at some point my kids will toss a fit because they can't play the game in some random location (like the hallway, or in bed, or on the third step of the staircase :-)
Last but not least, the relationship between this game and the original "Sorry!" game is tenuous at best. Don't buy this one because you like that one; buy this one if you like shuffleboard!
I like games that are fun, simple to use, durable, and inclusive. I'm afraid that the form factor of this game trumps the fun.

Sliders, you'll have a blast sliding and bumping someone back to start. But watch out -- it won't be so enjoyable when it happens to you! Modular game board provides four ways to play. For 1 to 4 players. Sorry! Sliders has put a fun, new twist on the all-time favorite game by turning it into a shuffle board game of sorts--where players slide their pawns to home, or slide their opponents pawns into the Sorry! spaces and off the board to win. Designed for children ages six and up, Sorry! Sliders can be played with up to four players, making it the perfect game for family nights.
Pawns have balls on the bottom for super sliding power. View larger. | Four Different Games for Slider Fun The Sorry! Sliders game features the primary Sorry! colors of blue, red, yellow, and green. Sliders is also very easy to clean up, since the cards have been eliminated. Great for Family Game Night and Counting Practice Sorry!
