Customer Review: The Only Alarm Clock that Has Ever Done The Job!

I have a daughter who is a VERY heavy sleeper. We had bought her the Hello Kitty teacup alarm clock several years ago and it has woken up my daughter maybe 4 times in 3 years with the 2 options of buzzer or radio. Usually, the alarm woke ME up & I'd have to lie in my bed, waiting for several minutes, hoping that my sleepy girl would wake on her own & shut the thing off. But no...more often than not I had to get up, go to her room & turn it off myself and then wake her. We had tried a couple of other buzzer-type alarms & none of them worked. I saw one of the reviews of this product that said this alarm clock woke even the soundest sleeper & so we thought that we would give it a try.
The clock arrived on 8/17, we did need the instructions to set it, but it really wasn't hard. This alarm has now woken up our sleepy-head girl 9 / 9 times used! It actually works & best of all, it works without my hearing a thing! I think that it's a combination of the arms moving & the feet glowing & various sounds...whatever it is, it works when NOTHING ever has.
The radio isn't great at all but I don't really care because I don't need my 8-year-old listening to the radio. It does come with a small cable that plugs into her I-Pod shuffle & she can listen to her music over the speaker in the clock radio. The clock responds to the music with a little digital display "light dance."
