Toys and Games Reviews of Playskool Clipo Creativity Table

Customer Review: Not a Good Toy at All
Summary: 1 Stars

Don't buy this toy. The TV ads made this sound great so I bought it. It's not great whatsoever. The blocks are really hard to put together and they don't stay anyway. My daughter had a hard time and she is 4. They just aren't made well. Spend your money on bristle blocks or Krinkles. They are the same general idea but much more fun and easier to play with even without a table with them. They stay together and are easy to assemble. I have them now and love them. I gave this toy away right after buying it.

Customer Review: Not what we expected
Summary: 3 Stars

We ordered this toy for our 15-month-old daughter. The pictures made it seem much larger than it was. Also, the pieces are VERY difficult to stick together and pull apart. Because the children in the advertisements were so young, we were expecting this to be a fun toy for our daughter...but it's not. She likes to push the spin button, but that's about it. She prefers her bristle blocks over her Clipos (because she can actually use them independently!). We're not overly impressed with this toy.

Customer Review: Cant believe the price!
Summary: 2 Stars

I bought this as a gift for the 1 year old little girl I babysit. I shopped around for the price and ended up paying [...] for it, if I had seen the product in person before hand I wouldnt have paid more than[...]. Almost all of the peices to the table come off and only two small circles actually spin. The blocks are to hard for the baby to clip together, and for me for that matter! This table is not as fun as it looks like on TV, the baby now uses it as a stool to get into things she shouldnt!

Customer Review: May just be the most maddening toy ever.

My mom bought this toy for my son for Christmas. Granted, he's younger than the 18 mo. recommended age, but he has three older sisters, 7, 7, and 4. They were so excited to play with this with him and it is SUCH a disappointment! It's truly horrible. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get the pieces to fit together and if by some miracle you can get them together, they fall apart almost instantly. My girls are constantly needing help trying to make anything. Really a total waste of money.

Customer Review: for older kids
Summary: 3 Stars

As others have said the baby on the front of the box could not use this toy. I knew this in advance and got it for my 3year old grandson. He loves the colors and shpaes and that part is educational. What I am disappointed in is how hard it is to get the parts to stick together and they don't fit together symetrically-even when you put 2 of the same size pieces together one side hangs off. This makes it difficult to build things on the base pieces they provide.
