My 13 month old son loves to take the gears off and I love to put them back on! We first played with this at a friend's house, and it really kept his attention. When his first birthday rolled around, I knew I wanted to get this for him. I love that he can get his fingers 'caught' inbetween while the gears move and it doesn't pinch at all...he actually thinks it's funny! It's a great toy for interacting with your child, I highly recommend it!Customer Review: Daughter Loves It!

Bought this for my daughter (1 year) for Christmas. She loves the music and watching the gears move. We saw a similar gear toy at a local store but it had a much heftier price tag so I found this option on Amazon and decided to give it a try. She hasn't gotten the hang of putting the gears back on the toy so they have turned up all over our house but she does play with it often and learned how to press the button to get the gears moving.Customer Review: Tasty toy

We bought this for my son when he was about 6 months. He's 8 months now and it's still one of his favorites. He likes to taste each gear, throw them, then eventually taste them again. When he's older he'll figure out how to put them back on but for now, he likes to pull them off after I put them on and especially when the gears are spinning. Great toy. There was no way we paid this much, I think it was $15 tops at toys r us.Customer Review: Interesting and fun

We like the Busy Gears toy. I gave it to my 1.5 year old daughter for Easter. It is neat to watch and play with. She likes to put the gears on and off. She pushes the botton to watch the gears go round and the music is not annoying. The gears do get lost if you don't put them back after they play with it... but we make sure they are all on at the end of the day so it is ready to be played with the next day.Customer Review: Not bad

I thought this would be quite a fun toy, however my kid's favourite thing to do with it is simply pile all the wheels into a bag and carry them around. Other children have had fun playing with it - the music is not that annoying. My daughter simply hasn't been as interested in this as I would've thought. It is sturdy, though, especially when the kids try to stop the wheel while it's automatically turning.
