Toys and Games Reviews of OperationCustomer Review: Great blast from the past Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased this toy for my nephews who are five and ten. I struggled with what to buy for them for their birthday.... So many new toys out there. I thought back to when I was that age and remembered Operation and how fun it was, so I decided to give it a shot. They LOVED it.
Customer Review: Not as great as it used to be but.... Summary: 4 Stars
Not nearly as well made as when I was a kid but it has the nostalgic value which adds to the fun. My 4 year old is terrible at it but still loves to try and she loves it so that is all that matters. She doesn't realize it used to be much better made before it came from CHINA.
Customer Review: Great present Summary: 4 Stars
This was a birthday present, and the kids loved it. Sounds effects are fun addition from the set I had as a kid. Also a good chance to discuss health and the real organs used in the game -- it's hard to make health talks fun for kids that age, but this made it work.
Customer Review: operation review Summary: 5 Stars
This game is a game that I played when I was a child and my kids can play it now. The one thing they didn't like was the way some of the pieces looked. Some of the pieces they thought looked pretty gross , but all in all they liked playing the game.
Customer Review: Fun Summary: 4 Stars
1. Cheaper than original (only cost 7 bucks).
2. If the buzzer does not work it's usually a "contact" issue and can be fixed by gently pushing on the to plate.
3. Same fun as original operation.
