As always, every Nerf toy we have bought has been awesome. This is for kids and adults alike. Trust me, my husband has spent hours playing with all our nerf toys. Yes, I have too. We love Nerf and now we have this great addition to the family. You cannot go wrong when it says Nerf. I do suggest investing in the safety glasses if you don't already have them. Oh, and don't do as my son does.........shoot at someone too close. Hurt, no, but totally unfair!Customer Review: Big Bad Bow stands up to the test

I purchased this toy to use as apart of a game at my kids' school carnival. It proved to be one of the hits of the carnival as the kids got to practice their "archery". What impressed me more was it withstood numerous uses from tons of kids. If you want a long lasting toy, this would be it. Ok, this gun is not bad! The arrows may be quite terrible. All you do its buy mega darts, they fit into the end of the barrel and go farther. Also, To get some serious sniper range with this gun, You need to pull it open and put a new spring in it and remove the airs restictors. Then it gets great range. We've owned this toy for about 8 months and I have to say I'm impressed with it's durability. My 8-year-old son still enjoys playing with it. However, we are down to one arrow left (it is true, the fins do tear off). I bought this gun at a walmart so that I could single it for an upcoming nerf war. from just a new brass barrel im getting about 155 feet angled with a good stefan. I wrapped some E-Tape around the tip so I could still fire the arrows and am getting stock arrow ranges still. I am very impressed with this gun and hope to have another soon!
