Toys and Games Reviews of Monopoly Here and Now WorldCustomer Review: Lots of fun! Summary: 5 Stars
We have had lots of fun playing this game. We are big fans of regular "Monopoly" and like this just as much. Love the electronic banker. We have found it to be more fun to pass the banking machine to each person on their turn, rather than having one person serve as banker. It appears to be durable, but since we have only had it a short time, cannot really speak to that. Game arrived very promptly.
Customer Review: A big difference from the original Summary: 4 Stars
When we bought this we were expecting to relive old times like the classic game but somehow this is just different. The electronic banking system does eliminate mathematical errors (When done correctly, which takes some getting use to) but there was something about holding on the cash in the classic version. Still a classic game though and would suggest for someone just getting introduced to the game.
Customer Review: Monopoly Here and Now Summary: 5 Stars
My teenage girls and their friends loved this new Monopoly game. They frequently have friends over on the weekend to play our "traditional" game - this was a hit over the holidays and they really enjoyed not having to count the money, have extra playing space on the table, etc...
Hats off to this game for the new and innovative way that teens can play a traditional favorite!!
Customer Review: Really easy Summary: 5 Stars
When my wife got this for Christmas, I thought it would be a pain learning how to do the banking and at first I was resistant to the new porperties, but after our first game, I love this version. The electronic banking makes it very easy to do the money. The hardest thing is getting used to the new properties. If you like Monopoly and aren't too much of a puriest this game is for you.
Customer Review: This Monopoly Rocks! Summary: 5 Stars
We have had fun as a family playing this game. Our kids are 13 & 16 respectively and used to play the traditional game as kids. This one is much more "real life" in that it is paperless and the monetary transfers are automatic (using credit cards). The properties, price tags and utilities are up to date as are the situations in Chance & Community Chest -- definitely a 21st century game.
