My family gathered to play this game and I expected it to put some new twits into a game we've played for years. While the properties, chance and community chest have been updated, we soon realized the dollar values were just a straight multiplier of the original game. There were no new surprises in this game. No new twist on the old classic. I'd advise everyone to stay with the original unless you really need a new game.Customer Review: Updated Monopoly

Often the "sequel" to anything is a disappointment, but with this new Monopoly it's a nice surprise. It's truly current in the playing pieces, the properties and the money amounts. It's still a great family game. It's like someone put new canvas on your favorite pair of shoes, but only the outside is changed, the inside is as comfortable as ever. We didn't receive 2 game peices, the Labradoodle and also the airplane. We have tried to call the 888 # provided but it is always busy, any time day or night. We also felt the board itself is too busy with too many graphics, should be simpler. Not jazzed about the loosing the banker tray as well. It was much easier to use with the old design. It is a great concept though, and it's about time the basic game got updated.Customer Review: good family fun

Overall great product and fun to play. I am still a fan of the original, but it is noce to see the new twists and turns. I would have liked to see a better correlation of some of the properties (geographic or otherwise) instead of being the "most popular are the most expensive". As others have said the money is sometimes hard to keep track of with all the zero's. I do enjoy it still.Customer Review: Fun fun fun!

To me, this realistic Monopoly version will blow your mind. You and your family will have so much fun buying the expensive properties. I remember how me and my family were laughing at how fast we ran out of money.
If you ask me, you should buy this and have countless memories of how much fun you had.
JUST A TIP: DON'T BUY ALL THE PROPERTIES YOU LAND ON!
