Toys and Games Reviews of Monopoly Electronic Banking EditionCustomer Review: fun Summary: 5 Stars
My nine year old son loves this version of Monopoly. He has several versions of Monopoly, including some collector versions, and loves them all, but he really enjoys this version. Here is a quote from him:" I love it 'cause you can even buy the White House. And you use million dollars instead of just dollars, so you feel RICH. I also love using the credit card machine."
So...BUY Review: Pretty awesome Summary: 4 Stars
It's new aged monopoly!
It has the same feel as the old game except you get a debit card!
the one issue i have is that the e-banking takes a really long time. The box says 2-6 players, however, technically you should have a dedicated banker adding a 7th "player" to the game. Even with an extra person who only does banking, e-banking can get backed up and slow down the game.
Customer Review: The kids love it; not the parents Summary: 3 Stars
The kids love it because its novel and easy. As parents that desire to have our games be educational, we do not like that the players don't have to think for themselves regarding money. We would have preferred the our kids have spent hard earned their money on something else and enjoyed playing our old "traditional" Monopoly game. However, they thoroughly enjoy this game and that is what matters.
Customer Review: Electronic Update for the Classic Summary: 4 Stars
The kids love the electronic device used for this game, but I think it's ALSO a good idea to "force" the kids to play the original version. There's something about counting and figuring #'s etc. -- that is more educational than these electronic versions. Still, the kids wanted this -- and enjoy this version.
Overall, this is a nice electronic update for this classic game.
Customer Review: Great Game Summary: 5 Stars
Great Game. If you like monopoly but hate dealing with the paper money, this is it. It was purchased as a Christmas gift and Christmas evening the family got together to play. It's the same concept as the here and now version but it's electronic. Also, instead of adding all of your money manually, it automatically calculates it with the monopoly card each player gets.
