My son begged and begged for this but I didn't like the mess they showed on tv. I broke down and bought it, glad I did. He has had so much fun with it and its not all that messy. He thinks its funny when he leaves the aliens in the ship and they shrink. Not fun to step on the shrunken hard aliens but fun.Customer Review: They love it..when they play with it...

I have 2 kids ages 8 & 5. They really do like to be creative with this set. HOWEVER they rarely play with with it anymore. They do play for a couple hours at a time when they play with it though. I have an extra in the gift closet. I think any child would enjoy this for a while at least :)Customer Review: Even girls like making aliens!

My six year old daughter wanted this and saved her money for it. She loves playing with it! The whole family has gotten involved. I like that she is able to play with it on her own without assistance. The toughest part for a six year old is waiting the 5 minutes for your alien to dry.Customer Review: Totally Worth It

I bought this for my 7 year old this Christmas. He's an only child and not very good at playing by himself. This has kept him busy for hours - he's already gone through the alien 'goop' and is starting on a refill. I purchased this martian maker for my grandson's 7th birthday. He loved it! His dad and older brother got in on the fun too! It's amazing what kind of martians you can make!! The little "house" that lights up for the martians to live in is really cool too! Lots of fun!
