Just got this for my son for Christmas. What a disaster. It took my husband at least 45 minutes to unbox and try transforming it into the death star. What a joke. It took him several attempts through the day to get it finally into the finished transformed position. The pieces kept unsnapping before he could move to the next step. Don't waste your money like we did. Will be trying to take it back tomorrow. Ours was also missing the cape.Customer Review: 100% Awesome

This toy is amazing, I had no idea it even existed until I was walking through the swap meet and saw it. First reaction, is that Darth Vader? Second look, is that a TRANSFORMER??? I picked it up, took it home and after about 5 minutes it was in full Death Star mode. I didn't even have instructions or a box or the Light Saber that came with it. Now that I know this exists, I am going to buy one new in box to add to my Star Wars collection.Customer Review: THIS VADER 5 Stars
WOW THIS IS HARD TO TRANSFORM THE FIRST but after about four times ive goten pretty good! the robot looks amazing! hes huge and awesome! my favorate chistmas gift this year! the lightsaber lights up and makes sounds! he talks too! and his little figures are sweet! he gos great with the han and chewbacca transformers! theres only one thing to say Review: Difficult and Annoying, but CoolSummary: 3 Stars Seven-year-old loves this toy, but is unable to turn it into the Death Star. It makes annoying Darth Vader noises without the slightest provocation, and may be impossible to turn off. If there's an off swicth, I haven't found it, but I wasn't able to make the death start ransformation, either, so it could be user error. Nevertheless, this was among the favorites for Christmas because it's big, it's Darth vader, and it's noisy.

We purchased this as a Christmas gift for my six year old Star Wars and Transformer fanatic. He loves it and has played with it more than most of his other presents. It is difficulty to transform into the death star but that has only increased his interest in it - he spent over an hour working on it before he asked for some final help to finish the transforming. Overall, a great toy for a kid who loves this stuff!
