Toys and Games Reviews of Hasbro Power Tour Electric Guitar (Black)

Customer Review: lots of fun!
Summary: 4 Stars

This toy is lots of fun,but don't believe you'll learn how to actually play guitar by using it.It teaches you how to play songs by following the flashing lights, but even if you master it, you would not be able to pick up a real guitar and play. Great finger excercise!!! Lots of fun,my 11 year old played it all day long when he got it,and still plays it often!

Customer Review: This toy is GREAT
Summary: 5 Stars

My 10 year old son LOVES this toy! Its a great way to learn hand and eye coordination and he loves learning the tunes! Its very addictive and my husband wants one now too! Another cool thing is you can plug your ipod up to the guitar and listen through the awesome speakers! We listen to his ipod at the dinner table through this guitar! Very cool toy!

Customer Review: Holiday Hit
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased the Hasbro Power Tour electric Guitar as a Christmas present for my 11 year old niece and she loves it. She plays other instruments, Alto sax, keyboard and wanted to learn to play the guitar. She played all christmas day and every day since. I would recommend this to anyone who loves music and would like to learn cords and finger placement.

Customer Review: Power Tour Guitar Rocks!
Summary: 5 Stars

This was by far the best gift my son got for his birthday. He hasn't put it down. He has been wanting to learn to play guitar for a long time and following the lights on this guitar makes it easy and fun to learn. The songs are great too and he even uses his MP3 player more because he can play along. He feels like a real rock star now!

Customer Review: I'm impressed
Summary: 5 Stars

This little guitar packs a big punch. It is as close to the real thing as you can get. No strings to break, touch-screen frets make it easy for the kids to rock out. The "learn" mode is a lot like playing "Simon" - remember which buttons to push and the crowd cheers, make a few mistakes and they boo you. Love it!
