I bought this last Christmas for my then 1-year old. He LOVED it, and still does. He sits on it backward and forward, rocks everywhere with it. When other children come over, they love it also. It's very popular with his little friends, and even older friends! it seems to be very durable too, as he's tipped it over quite a few times and it still looks great. We bought this toy for our seven month old granddaughter. It is a bit advanced for her. We stayed with her and rocked her as she giggled away. We would not leave her alone at this stage and age.
In two months I can see her climbing up on it. It is low to ground and sturdy for a rocker. I would recommend it to anyone. Great price at Christmas and free shipping, who could ask for more.

Pleased with this toy. Although i got it for like 12 bucks at Toys-R-Us on a black Friday yeah. My son is 10 months old and likes riding on it. He is the size of a 1 year old and its takes to him well. not flimsy at all. Make sure if your child doesn't walk yet that you monitor them while on the giraffe toy. My son is 29" tall and 20 LBS. We got this for my 9 month old for Christmas. She has been pulling herself up to the standing position for about a month. She is almost able to climb onto this toy by herself. When she sits on it, she gets the biggest smile on her face. We sit her on it and pull her around on the carpet - she loves it. Purchased for my 2 year old. I wondered if she was to old for it, but she loves it. She tried to take it to bed with her the first night. I think it would have been better when she as smaller. She really likes rocking on it, and it is low to the ground because she gets scared sometimes as she's fallen off her rocking horse since it was too high.
