Toys and Games Reviews of Hasbro Playskool Kid Motion Bounce 'N Go Inch-AlongCustomer Review: Okay, but not great Summary: 2 Stars
I got this for my daughter for Christmas, and I bought it because it was on sale for $12 at Amazon and thought she'd like it. She has not used it since I tried to put her on it. She's average height, and she could barely touch the ground. She didn't like it at all. I'm going to try her on it again sometime, but if I had paid the $29.99 or $39.99 that some of the stores were selling it for, I would have been mad.
Customer Review: Not like they used to be but still ok Summary: 4 Stars
My kids don't know how cool this toy used to be but they don't care, they like to ride the worm anyway. I love that it doesn't need any batteries, doesn't really make any noise (the kids make that up as they go) and that it's small enough to stay an inside toy and still useful at the park too. The kids like it even though it's not what I expected but I guess all that truly matters is that they are happy with it.
Customer Review: Ok toy Summary: 4 Stars
I never saw the original version of this toy, but I picked this one up cheap on Amazon. My 2 yr old likes it ok. It does not steer or have handles so it seems harder to ride. She just pushes it around with her feet so far. She has not figured out the bouncing part yet. For the price I paid I think it will be fine. I will still get her anothr one that she can "drive" with turning wheels & something to hold onto.
Customer Review: Not as good as the original but still fun! Summary: 4 Stars
As the other review states, this version doesn't really move forward as the child bounces, and I agree that I miss the sound! However, my 2 year old loves bouncing on it and scooting around. It seems well-built and sturdy. The handle seemed ackward at first (it's just the top of the saddle) but my child seems to hold onto it o.k. Overall, a cute fun toy with a bit of nostalgia for the parents!
Customer Review: Not Thrilled Summary: 1 Stars
I do not care for this toy! My son flipped over the top of it when it hit a rise in the sidewalk and needed 17 stitches in his tongue. Up until then, he had a lot of fun on it--but there are many other similar ride-on toys which wouldn't have caused him to flip because the child sits below the front end.
Sorry, Hasbro, this toy needs to go!
