This is Perfect for ages 7 and up. The nerf gun is easy to pump with only one pump, not 10 or more. It fires far. I was concerned the darts wouldn't stick, but they work great. The only disadvantage is the darts will get lost. They are a bright color, but when running around outside, it is going to happen. You can buy replacements, but $7 for 30 is a little pricey. We gave this to our 11 year old son for his Birthday. From the minute it was opened they were excited. The kids have had great fun with this product! Our neighbors have a set also and take turns going to each others house to play. You do want to keep the darts away from the face - they do have some force when being shot of the gun. Definitely recommend this toy!

We gave this to my 10 year old son for Christmas and he and ALL kids up to age 65 loved playing with it. I knew he would have fun with it but I was amazed that his older cousins (ages 25 & 27) and uncles enjoyed them as much. Just be sure and wear the glasses provided (or your own) because the aim of the gun is really off and the darts will hit you in the face before you realize it!Customer Review: Nerf Dart Tag

This gun rocks. it shoots 30 feet flat out of the box and 40 feet slightly angled. i moddded it (opened it up and hacked at the air restrictors till they came out) and now it shoots 45 feet flat with the darts that i also modded. to mod the darts i cut them in half and cut the velcro part off.
I've had it for 5 months and it is still good as new.... a very durable gun.

I got this about a year ago. i love it. I was suprised about how far the darts go and how well they stick to the vest. it is annoying having to pull the lever back every time you want to fire. However my biggest problem is that as you run around tagging people the darts that miss get steped on and after a while woln't fire from the gun. So buy some extra ammo and have fun.
