Are you kidding me? This toy is terrible! All you do is TALK! And you usually talk about the same thing every time! At parties? - TALK! No one is telling gossip, sharing stories, laughing or anything! At school dances? - STILL talking! No one is dancing, no one is at the food table getting punch for their dates, no DJ or music or anything. Also, when you get a boyfriend, when you ask to go somewhere, you don't go! It just says "You had a good time" or "you had a bad time". You can't kiss, hug, or anything like that with them! At dances, they just say "do you want to dance?" and if you say yes it just says "Dancing was a dream come true!" If you come across him again he asks the same thing! The ending is also terrible and why do you need to buy new clothes anyway? You don't need them because it doesn't matter! When you miss school it's like it doesn't even matter! You can't go to school or play your sports or do anything! I don't know how anyone can like this game! Trust me when I say this - DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!Customer Review: Fun for tweens

My daughter wanted this game very badly so I purchased the game for her birthday. She hasn't played it yet but I wanted to check it out before I made the commitment to keep the toy. I found the game to be fairly simple and I did have fun with it. My daughter is 9 going on 10 and I feel that this is a game that she would like. It is not a game that a child would want to play for hours on end, which I like. It is probably perfect for a 9-11 year old but I think 12+ would find it boring after a while. If your child is used to high action video games then they also would get bored with this game. It is not really a game so much as a way to interact with "friends", buy clothes, earn money. I do appreciate that the child is put on a budget and has to work to buy stuff. So I do see some value in this game. After playing this game I have no qualms giving it to my child. I don't want her to spend hours playing video games and I feel that she can have fun with this game and not become a couch potato.Customer Review: An Awesome Game!

I love this game! Though I don't own it, I've played it at a friend's house before. The game is fun and extremely addicting. If you wonder how it's educational, in the game you have to learn how to save money and make smart shopping choices. As an example, if you see 2 outfits you like the same amount, get the cheapest one. Also, if you see something at the mall that you just think is okay, don't buy it because it wastes your money. You don't actually do the jobs, so even if there is one you like more than others, don't get it. Instead, get the job that pays the most. Finally, even though this game has a ninety day limit, I think that's fine. If you had much longer the game would be too easy and you'd run out of things to buy and do. If it didn't have a limit, I would probaby start a new game after about ninety days anyway. I hope this review helped people decide on whether they should get the game or not. To sum it all up, I would HIGHLY recommend this game.Customer Review: SOOO MUCH FUN!!!!!

I went to my friend's house to spend the night and we played Dream Life!!! Omg!! You shouldn't listen to these other people who say it's boring and a waste of time. Although i do think it should be only 10 or 20 dollars but 40?!?!?!?!?!?!? Don't buy this game unless you have a daughter or grandchild or neice about 8 to 12. Otherwise any younger or older would be bored and you wouldn't get your money's worth. Anyway you get to create your person and room. You can even choose the room color and stuff like that. There are different faces for your charactor too. There are three different heads and each one comes with differnet hair styles. And the wardrobe is seems endless!! U can buy shirts, pants, purses, dresses, shoes, and jewlery for your person and you even have a salon, mall, rec center, school, your house, and friends house. I liked how you create your bff too!! So FUN!!! So if you think this game sounds fun, buy it! If not then go somewhere else! :)Customer Review: Dream Life Fun but....

Dream Life is a fun game don't get me wrong but this game has some errors.
1. You don't see your self doing things
2. you dont see your parents or dog
3. when you go to partys or dances all you do is talk to people(and you dance with your boyfriend if you have one but you don't see that)
4. you can't do your job(if you get one)
5.School is like 2 sec.
6.you can't wach TV or play the video game console(in the game)
7.you say stuff that doesn't really happen(like I'm getting a new puppy or I'm gatting a new room)
But this game has some good stuff to
1.When you do chores you gat a LOT of money
2.you can have a lot of friends
3.you can shop(which i luv to do)
4.you can go to partys and dances and meet new friends
5. you can sign up for activities(like soccer,softball,chearleading etc)
