My Scrabble game arrived just in time to take along on a vacation to the Jersey shore. Several friends and I enjoyed playing the game while we were relaxing on the beach. The tiles in this game were put to the test one day when a strong wind was blowing off the ocean. The tiles stayed in place and it's true that one can literally turn the board "upside down" and the tiles will not fall out. I know because we tried it! If you enjoy playing Scrabble and would like a mobile board, then this is the product for you. I highly recommend it.Customer Review: We don't leave home without it!

We use this the most when we go camping. It is a nice way to settle down while dinner cooks and the sunsets, plus it is nice to have if it rains! What I love about this folio is the genius packaging: sturdy and well thought out in design. It is easy to pack up a game and move it to another location. The pieces stay put, so we have even successfully played over several rows on bus and van trips.
The only thing missing is a little dictionary to stop squabbles! I have to remember to bring that separately!

The scrabble game folio is perfect for scrabble lovers who want to take the game with them on the road. My husband and I took it with us on the airplane and never had a problem with sliding letters. The tiles are very small, but not too small to see, and they just clip right into the raised game board. It is a bit tough to unclick the letters at the end of a game; I recommend waiting until you are in an area where a few flying tiles can be easily picked up! I love scrabble, but this version is just frustrating. The tiles are constantly popping out of the board, and are hard to snap into the holders. If we had played this game on a plane instead of in my living room we would have lost half of the tiles due to the ill-fitting spaces. You also can't rearrange the letters in the holder, so all of my friends ended up holding them in their hand instead. I returned the game the day after we played to the Toys R' Us that I bought it from and bought the regular edition.Customer Review: this is a great version of Scabble

This is a very nice version of Scrabble. It's perfect for a long (or short) airplane ride. It's small enough to fit in a carry-on bag and the size if just right to put on your tray. If you have to put it away, you can do so in the middle of a game.
The small size is great, but also a problem in that the pieces are easy to lose. With a little care though, you should be able to use this game for many years to come. This is one of my favorite Scrabble sets since I can take it with me everywhere.
