Toys and Games Reviews of Don't Break the IceCustomer Review: goes too fast Summary: 3 Stars
My boys (2 and 4) love this game. It's inexpensive and simple. The get a huge kick out of hammering the ice blocks. My complaint it that it takes about a minute to set all the cubes back in place and about 10 seconds for them to finish it off. It gets frustrating and tedious (for them and me) to keep setting it up.
Customer Review: Kids aged 3-8 love this game Summary: 5 Stars
I work with kids. Kids love this game. I personally, do not love it since I play it all the time and after playing about 10 games in a row, I get tired of it. However, for kids, it is great. It teaches turn taking. They love when the bear falls through. It is a bit hard to set up-squeezing in the blocks takes time.
Customer Review: Fun for all ages! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great game for any age. It is simple enough for young children to play, and yet still holds the attention of older children. The only drawback is that play time is very short and therefore you spend most of the time putting the ice back in the tray. But still an inexpensive, yet fun game for all ages.
Customer Review: Great for all ages Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this game for Christmas for our 2 yr old and 4 yr old. My husband and I grew up playing this and it was too much fun not to buy for our kids. The best part is both of our kids can play as it is easy for even for our youngest. I'm glad they still make a great toy that isn't battery operated.
Customer Review: A little fun with a little help Summary: 3 Stars
The kids love to bang away at the "ice" until the little guy falls through... about two times. Then the novelty wears off and they're ready to move onto something else. A fun classic for short term entertainment. Requires adult/older child to put ice together... too difficult for young children.
