We got this for our 6 year old nephew for Christmas and he really got into it. I think the adults enjoyed it as much as he did. "quick pass" and "youre out" were definite favorites of the games it does. You need to put the colored plastic part on the inside of your hand to make sure the ball registers your color when you catch it, on the wrist is not good enough.
