Customer Review: Clue - THE BEST GAME!
Summary: 5 Stars

Clue is absolutely the BEST GAME EVER! It's awesome because you have to think a little but still have fun, you can pair up with people, you can goof off, it's sort of like a detective/mystery game and I LOVE MYSTERIES, and all in all its just a GREAT GAME! It's pretty durable - my family has had this game for about 5 years or something and sure the box is getting a little worn but WHO CARES? I mean the board is still fine and all, and we still play this game A TON! And the best thing is I can play it with only 2 other people (so with 8 people in my family it isn't really hard to find someone to play Clue with...especially considering everyone loves it) the only bad thing is that when we have friends over we don't have enough of the player-pieces so we have to pair up...it's still fun though maybe even more fun because you get to be on the same team as your friends instead of competing against them! Anyway...this game really is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a new game or who doesn't...there is NO WAY they won't love this game!

Customer Review: A great classic board game, glad I bought it!
Summary: 5 Stars

My children have always played board games. Basically, you name it, they've played it, but for some reason I had never played Clue myself nor had my children. I decided to buy this for my oldest for Christmas, and I was surprised at how easy my kids picked up on this game, especially the 6 year old because the game clearly states ages 8+. That did not stop her one bit.

She dove right into the game eliminating people, rooms, and weapons one by one to win 2 out of 3 games without help. During this holiday break the kids have been playing this game twice day and getting better and better each time. Clue is a wonderful game to learn to develop logic skills as well as using strategy.

I still think the game is a bit hard, even for adults, but what I really like about Clue is that it exercises your brain unlike some other board games. It's a fast game taking only around 20-30 minutes to play start to finish, so it would be ideal for families short on time.

Customer Review: It was HIM!! Really!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is another of the classic games that have enjoyed enduring fame and popularity for good reason. "Clue" must surely be to detective games what "Monopoly" is to money games.

The concept is pretty simple, really: you use cards with various weapons, rooms and people on them and try to work out who the murderer is, where they did the terrible deed and what with. These items are randomly inserted into an envelope that is in the middle of the board. You move around each room, and try to find out what is going on. Who knows: it might be you.

While simple, the game is loads of fun and there are certain strategies to it. After the first few times of getting whipped, you will figure them out soon enough. But basically, "Clue" is just plain fun and it requires very little to set up and enjoy.

Happy hunting! Oh, and by the way, the Butler didn't do it.

Customer Review: Who dunnit? Who ACTUALLY dunnit?
Summary: 5 Stars

Was it Mrs. Peacock in the the library with the wrench showing Mr. Boddy the proper ettiquette on killing? Or was it Mrs. White in the kitchen with the knife doing some cleaning up of her own? Any of these could be the cause of Mr. Boddy's killing but do you know which?

Fabulous game! Beautifully detailed board. Placing yourself in a detective's shoes is great fun. Each game is mind-boggling. It's hilarious to find out while you solve the case that it was you that killed him. This is a great rainy day game.

The game is great but there area few flaws. The little metal weapons can be broken easily and swallowed even more easily. Also with the elimination sheets it always hard to find a pencil. It would have been easier if there were 6 washable sheets and pens so that there isn't as much garbage. Otherwise buy the game and ask yourself, "who dunnit?"

Customer Review: After all these years, still the classic "who-dunnit" game.

Clue -- known as "Cluedo" here in the UK -- was my favourite game as a child, and is still up there as one of the classics.

OK, so there are only 6 options for who did it and what they did it with, but there are 9 (am I remembering correctly?) rooms to choose from, so the possibilities, while not endless, are enough to while away an evening.

As a kid, I loved this game because you were solving problems in a race -- and that's still why I love it. It really helps children develop powers of logical reasoning in a fun environment, and in conjunction with other people.

But now for the real reason "Clue" (or "Cluedo") is a classic: What other game makes you feel like Sherlock Holmes, Inspector Morse, Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple rolled into one? None, and that's why no home is complete without a copy in their collection!
