FUN - the game is filled with the unexpected and the rules are easy to follow. EDUCATIONAL - it teaches logic and strategy in a light hearted way...that is if you can think of murder in a light hearted way.
DURABLE - all metal and plastic formed pieces, no flimsy cardboard standups that could easily break.
We love it! We rented the video to show our children. They were laughing out loud.

Not sure what the new version will be like. We made sure to get the older version before they all disappeared. My eight year old loves to play it. It is a game we can play with her and enjoy. I like the thinking involved. There is strategy in the way you narrow down possibilities to figure out who to accuse. The pieces are small replicas of the character and murder weapons and are durable.Customer Review: I didn't do it, but you all look suspicious.

This game is still as fun as when it first came out. With six suspicious of characters, six dangerous weapons, and nine places for them to have murdered poor Mr. Boddy, the game never loses it's edge. Whether it was Colonel Mustard in the Ballroom with the Wrench, Or Mr. Green in the Hall with the Revolver, it makes for hours of fun. Clue is a wonderful game to get creative minds going. It teaches children how to solve a problem with the process of elimination. There are small pieces included, though, that may be lost. These pieces may also be found by small children and cause a choking hazard. Be sure to put this game up where small hands cannot reach it. I used to play this game with my cousins way back in time. I won't say what year. It is just too much fun and the results are never the same. As an adult, I played it with my ex-husband (we were married to each other then) and our other friends. It was just as enjoyable as it was when I was a child. I still have the game from my childhood. It is still in good condition.
