Toys and Games Reviews of BoggleCustomer Review: Great for all ages! Summary: 5 Stars
I have rediscovered this game which I used to play as a child. My husband and I play it together and have a fun competition. Also, it is small enough to take on vacation when there are spare moments and my cousins loved playing with us.... ages 8-16. Of course they found words that I didn't!It really forces you to think, see and use brain power which so many other leisure activities don't force us to do these days. And best of all you can play this with as many people as you have!
Customer Review: World's Best Word Game Summary: 5 Stars
I can unequivocally say that this is the world's greatest word game. Shake the letters up, let them settle in a random pattern on the boggle board, and form words using only contiguous letters without reusing any of them. Don't forget the timer! You have 2 minutes to come up with words that your opponents don't come up with. This game encourages creative thinking, word visualization, observation skills, accurate spelling, and vocabulary expansion.
Customer Review: Boggle; a great game to play with grandchildren! Summary: 5 Stars
My granddaughter loves this game and I did not have it until this recent purchase. She had been playing it with another grandparent and asked if I could buy it for her next sleepover. I ordered it over the weekend and I received it the following Thursday, the day before her overnight stay with us. I was thrilled to receive a reasonably priced game in a very reasonable time-frame!
Thanks for making me look like a hero,
The other Nana.
Customer Review: fun and fast!! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a fun and fast game that people who enjoy word games such as Scrabble will really love. Not quite as "academic" as something like Scrabble, since you don't need to know definitions, the words aren't that long, and there is less strategy involved, but what it lacks in that aspect, it makes up for in a really fun and competitive game. Love that it moves so fast and it's fun to see people really get into it and get very competitive.
Customer Review: Fabulous in every way, but SuperBoggle is better (5 X 5). Summary: 5 Stars
Our family and friends have been addicted to SuperBoggle for YEARS. The grandchildren begin with 3-letter words as soon as they begin to read. The problem is that we all like the game that is 5 cubes by 5 cubes (plain Boggle is 4 X 4), and it does not seem to be available now. Does anyone know where it can be found? In fact we have a fantasy that some day there will be a SuperDuper Boggle that is 7 X 7 and allows really L-O-N-G words!
