My daughter spotted this on a store shelf and asked to play with it. She got such a kick out of the sounds! We were there to "browse only" for items she might want to put on her Christmas list, but she begged me to buy that one right away. Although it's marketed as a "baby's first doll" type of toy, my daughter wasn't interested in dolls until more recently, when she got into a "mothering" phase. Now she thinks babies are adorable and she wants to learn how to take care of a baby brother or sister, so this fits the bill wonderfully.
The other super feature is the built-in fabric bottle. No plastic parts to lose or to go into the child's mouth! I just love things that have no lose-able parts. :)
