My seven year old daughter got the "Baby Alive Learns to Potty" doll for Christmas, and it was her very favorite gift. The doll is just adorable; it even says, "I love you, Mommy." My heart melted when my daughter said, "I love you, too!" My daughter loves giving her baby the pacifier and putting her to bed. The doll makes sucking noises and goes to sleep. So far my daughter has not asked for any food refills, because she prefers cuddling, dressing and playing with the doll over feeding her doll. The times my daughter has fed the baby doll it has been great fun for her to put the doll on the potty chair and/or change her diaper. Very cute toy.Customer Review: Cute doll - Lots of work

I purchased this doll as a gift for my 3 year old niece. She LOVED it! Her parents.....not so much! The food is very messy and will stain. They ended up just hiding the food from her and just allowing her to "feed" the baby water. Also the replacment diapers are EXTREMLY EXPENSIVE! They had some premie ones leftover from when she was a baby so they allowed her to use those up. She did play with this doll for a very long time. She gets bored very easily so I was happy that she got good use out of this toy. Overall I would recomend it but wouldn't recomend letting them use the food packets or wouldn't spend the money on replacement diapers.Customer Review: Love her!!!

She was a present for our 5yr old daughter. This doll is so cute. Everyone who has seen her loves her. It is a little tedious with the food and juice and all. But she is cute. YOu can give her water just as well to make her less messy and lower maintenance. I do suggest like the other parent to buy the newborn diapers with the velcro, because these diapers don't last long and don't readjust easily. Other than that she is a great doll. We also purchased the clothes set with the pacifier and blankey. It works wonders and makes her sleepy. Cute and very life like. we got this for my daughters 3rd birthday. i think she's too young for it because there is a lot of work involved. she has to be sat just right on the potty. she doesnt give much time from when she says she has to potty, until she does. a few times she leaked on my daughter because she was just getting to taking her diaper off.
she doesnt actually poop. you feed her runny looking baby food and have to wash it down with a lot of water. all you get is colored gross looking water. that freaked my girl out. lol
it is cute though. just not what we thought. the little mommy gotta go doll is much easier and just as fun.

Doll is heavy, not cuddly, does not go into the sleep mode like it is supposed to.
(yes, we have the pacifier in right, etc.) That's why we got it. By the way, you have to purchase another set with the pacifier, does not even come with doll. Never used the
food/diapers mess, one new real baby in the house is enough to change and feed.
Very mad that this doll does not work, since it came from Amazon but shipped from
somewhere else, and box is destroyed because it is so dang hard to get out of it I suppose we cannot send back. Makes me mad when something does not work as it should brand new.
