Customer Review: Such a cool toy

This lightsaber is, as best I can tell, the coolest toy in the history of the universe. You press a button and with a distinctive "snap hiss" sound, the blade extends and lights up...just like in the movies. It's a bit bulkier than other models, but the push-button blade extension and electronic features are amazing. You - I mean, my son (yes, that's it) - feel like a total Jedi when you activate this "elegant weapon of a more civilized age." The only drawback is that since it pops out pretty quickly, it's entirely possible to cause injury if you're not careful where you aim it. Parents will have to, you know, be parents when the kids are battling with these things.
They've since replaced these Force Action lightsabers with the new Electronic lightsaber collection, and while the new ones are lighter and less bulky, they don't collapse completely. If your young Jedi needs a lightsaber, I highly recommend grabbing one of these Force Action models before they disappear.
