Customer Review: A two-edged laser sword

The double-bladed lightsaber is an awesome sight, especially if you possess the dexterity to spin it ala Ray Park. Try to fight anyone with this, though, and you're in for disappointment. The blades are not lit the way they are on Hasbro's single-bladed sabers--a strobe flashes only on ridiuclously forceful contact. The power button is strategically located so that only those who don't have hands won't accidentally shut it off. Clearly, this is a weapon born of a Jedi conspiracy to disarm Sith Knights at critical moments. Buy it just to have it around, but don't expect to kill anyone with it like a proper Sith Lord should.Customer Review: LISTEN UP ALL JEDI KNIGHTS!!!

I was always amazed at the way the jedi fought in the movie. If you think the force is with you, get this toy. Its probablly the closest thing to an original lightsaber. But this toy has one problem, which is that the ON/OFF button is on the handle and gets pressed quite often when fighting. This toy is pretty durable, in my opinion, because while fighting I have hit objects pretty hard by mistake a few times but the lightsaber stays intact. Overall, this is a fun toy to play with and if you practice, you might fight like the jedi!Customer Review: My son loves it!

I've bought several "light sabers" for my son over the years. This one is much more durable than any of the others. The others broke often or part of the saber kept falling off. Cheap plastic.Well, this one is still plastic, but thicker. Sound effects, but no light until one of the "two beams" from either end of the light saber hits something, like another saber. Then it lights up and the sounds change to combat.
My son could not be happier. He's had it for several months now and it still works beautifully.

I must say that the detail on this saber is amazing. however, there are quite a few problems, being the blades being good, but not excellent in terms of resistance. Other one is that there are two functional buttons, one that toggles on/off and other that only turns the toy off, and both are in the way of the hands, so the saber turns off very often. Mine has broke in the middle of the handle, and I think that it was a plastic problem, but in all, it is a great toy. I am looking forward to buying a new one to replace mine.Customer Review: lightsaber

this toy was great I have to say that this is one of a kind and is a great one to own if you are a star wars fan the only thing that I do think they should have done while making this was make it light up but the flashing strobes are coolthe durability is good if you dont hit it to hard but It will break if you hit to hard the educational value on this is none because I maean how educational can a toy lightsaber be ?and the fun of this toy is great if you have a good imagination you will have hours of fun with this toy.
