Toys and Games Reviews of STAR WARS ATTACK OF THE CLONES " COUNT DOOKU " w/ HOLOGRAPHIC EMPEROR MOCCustomer Review: Perfect Resemblence Summary: 5 Stars
Taking advantage of the 'real scan' technology, this figure looks exactly like Count Dooku (Christopher Lee). Probably collector oriented as it features less articulation than other figures, this one is essential for anyone wanting to complete their Star Wars collection. Accessories include his unique light saber with the bent handle as well as a hologram of his master, Darth Sidious should he need to contact him. Also included is a green lightsaber from a scene cut from the film where Dooku uses 2, yes 2, sabers to fight Yoda with. Overall a great looking figure sure to please collectors especially along with kids.
Customer Review: Count Dooku/Darth Tyranus Summary: 5 Stars
This is the best action figure from the new "Attack of the Clones" line (along with Jango Fett: Kamino Escape). Count Dooku is one of the best "Star Wars" characters ever, and the figure does him justice. It just goes to show, the Sith are the best! The hologram of Darth Sidious/Chancellor Palpatine is a nice touch, and that green lightsaber that Dooku was meant to use is still there, so you can re-create the "lost" scene with Yoda. The lightsaber slashing action is alright, but I think the figure could have done without it. All in all, the best action figure that "Star Wars" and Hasbro have ever churned out.
Customer Review: count with his cape coming off Summary: 5 Stars
This action figure is very cool. First of all, he comes with two lightsabers: one green, one red. Secondly, he also comes with a very cool hologram of Darth Sidious. Third, a fantastic slashing action that's very durable (I've been repeating the action about 400 times so far, and it hasn't worn out yet.) The ONLY drawback is THE CAPE; it keeps falling off, but I figured out a solution: just use a knife to cut two tiny holes in his cape (one on each side), then slide a twist tie through the holes and tie it together in front of him. Other than that one complaint that's easy to fix, it a great toy.
Customer Review: A Christopher Lee Star Wars Figure! Summary: 5 Stars
I had been a fan of both Star Wars and Christopher Lee for as long as I can remember. And when I found he was going to be in the next Star Wars movie, and then to have his own figure to boot...well you can't beat that. The figure has his likeness down pat, including his height to scale with the other figures. He towers over everyone. And the curved lightsaber screams elegance and danger. He also comes with a green lightsaber and a hologram of Darth Sidious. These figures have come a long way since the first trilogy. All are fit to proudly display.
Customer Review: A good first try Summary: 3 Stars
Count Dooku, the baddest villian with the dumbest name ever in a film. But while Christopher Lee can pull it off, this toy doesn't really come close. Bearing just a passing resemblance to Lee, it is almost impossible to get the toy to balance correctly. In addition, the red lightsaber blade is not removable, as all the blades in the current line of figures. His cape does not stay on his shoulders, and his limited posability gives you very few options for positions. I hope that a newer version of this figure will improve both the likeness and the articulation.
