We bought this for my 21 mo. old for Christmas. He's larger than the average kid his age, and he LOVED Rody! He's usually nervous about new ride-ons, but he jumped right on Rody and bounced all around the house. The toy seems very durable, though we've not played with it outside. I think this toy will help my son improve his balance and also give him some some physical activity when it's too hot to go outside.
