Customer Review: a great little theatre

I was nervous about purchasing this theatre because it was one of the cheaper theatres that I looked at, but I knew I wanted a tabletop version and did not want to spend too much since I wasn't sure how much it would be used. I was very happy with it! It looks exactly like the picture, except for the pull cords, it's an elastic cord wrapped in gold instead of gold braiding, which isn't that big of a deal. It's beautiful and is big enough for 2 to be behind. I like that I can put it away when not in use unlike the bigger versions. I had a standing theatre in my classroom and the children were always tipping it over because they were trying to rest their elbows on it, causing it to lean forward. That is one of the reasons why I chose a tabletop theatre so that my kids could comfortably rest their elbows on the table. I tried pushing on it to see if it could tip and it did not, it just slid forward- very sturdy! My three girls, ages 8,5,& 2 love putting on shows for us!
