Toys and Games Reviews of LCR - Left Center Right Dice Game - Random ColorCustomer Review: How..when..where.. Summary: 1 Stars
You can't be serious.
We are not in the caveman era, you know. We have games to play that involve strategy. This game is pure luck - roll a die, roll a die, lose. It is like playing Roulette. Even Blackjack and Monopoly have choices. There is no way in which a "good player" can win in this game more often than a "bad player", as there is no way to be good or bad at this game.
We have eurogames. We have games that involve strategy. We do not need this baseless luckfest.
Customer Review: Most Fun Ever!! Summary: 5 Stars
This is such a simple game but it is so much fun to play that 10-12 of us play every month. We play ten rounds at $[...] each round. Everyone hosts an LCR party and all participants either bring an appetizer or dessert. It's a very cheap night out. We have tons of laughs and the game has become SO popular in my neighborhood that some people attend 2-3 LCR parties each month. It's much more fun with a minimum of eight people IMO. The more, the better. You can't go wrong with this game.
Customer Review: Not Much of a Game Summary: 2 Stars
While it is mildly amusing to play this in a large group, especially if you are playing for real money, LCR is not much of a game at all. There is No strategy. No thinking. No decision making. It is completely random. You may as well have everyone put their name in a hat and then draw the name of the winner--LCR is this same experience but stretched out over 5 or 10 minutes. If you are still curious, you don't need to buy this, just find the rules on the 'net and use dice from another game.
Customer Review: fun for all! Summary: 5 Stars
Once each month we have a group of friends in for a game night...normally we play various card games...but one friend brought this to our last game night. So we tried it out. Everyone had so much fun playing. We had a group of 11 in our game...so the pot at the end was quite nice with $3 entry. We did a second round with quarters...the dollars were more fun...holding them, and passing them...and getting them back! I'd recommend this to anyone having a gathering of any kind!
Customer Review: Left Center Right Summary: 5 Stars
For Christmas this year, I decided to bring back Family Game Night. Everyone received a game of some sort from me and this was by far the best game out of the batch. I had played it years ago and was very discouraged when I could not find it in stores. Buy this game and you will have the best time. Kids of all ages can play. Remember that it isn't over until the last roll of the dice! Have fun and I encourage you to bring back your own Family Game Night!
